1-Day How to Write Professional and Effective Meeting Minutes with AI Support Course

Course Overview

This course is created, owned, and trained by its original creator,  Ms. Emma Jarman-Jones. Learn from the original creator.

Minutes matter—they capture decisions, actions, and next steps that guide teams forward. Poorly written Minutes can waste precious time for both the minute taker and meeting participants. Without clear documentation, key outcomes and responsibilities are quickly forgotten.

In addition to traditional skills, you will learn how to use AI-powered tools to enhance note-taking accuracy, summarization, and formatting efficiency.

  • Capture relevant information efficiently during a meeting.
  • Write comprehensive and reader-friendly meeting Minutes.
  • Edit and structure Minutes for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Use AI tools to draft, refine, and format Minutes.
