The training venue will be confirmed 5 days before the course start date. You will receive an email notification with the venue details and any additional information you may need for your attendance.

Our training venues are centrally located, with public transport easily accessible.

A friendly reminder to check your junk email folder if you fail to receive the email delivered to your inbox. 

As of now, all our courses are without funding/grants and/or SkillsFuture credit redeemable.

No, all our courses do not require assessments. We focus on hands-on practical learning experiences and skill development.

All our IT courses follow a BYOL (bring your own laptop) policy. Learners are required to bring their own laptops with the necessary software installed for the course.

Yes, learners who attain a minimum attendance of 75% will receive an e-certificate of completion.

You can register online for up to 5 learners for the same course directly from any course page on our website by clicking the red ‘Register Now’ button.

For group registrations of 6 learners and above, please download the Microsoft Word registration form available in the footer below. Once completed, kindly email the form to us at advancedlearning.courses@gmail.com.

Yes, we support e-invoicing through Vendors@Gov / GeBIZ for Government Agencies.

We accept Bank Transfer, PayNow, Cheque and Vendors@Gov / GeBIZ for Government Agencies.

In line with Singapore’s aim to go cheque-free by 2025, ALS is progressively aligning with this goal and does not encourage cheque payments. 

All our course fees are nett, without GST.

Once the course is confirmed, rescheduling is not allowed. For course cancellation or withdrawal, kindly refer to our cancellation policies outlined in the terms and conditions here.

Advanced Learning Singapore reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the course at its absolute discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, without assigning any reason for such cancellations. In such cases, a full refund of the course fee will be made if full payment has been received.

Due to PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regulations and trainers copyrighted materials, audio recording or video taking is strictly prohibited during our classes. Any violation of this policy will be reported to the relevant authorities, and appropriate actions will be taken, which may include legal measures.
