1-Day Email Writing with Impact and Clarity Course

Course Overview

This course is created, owned, and trained by its original creator,  Ms. Emma Jarman-Jones. Learn from the original creator.

Writing remains an important element as ever in organisational communication. With the growing volume and variety of written information, we need to be able to deal with writing efficiently and most importantly in a professional way. Every document you send is a representation of your personality, attitude and company/brand image. Poorly written emails may not project the desired image and will not help you to gain or retain customers. Having good communication skills can lead to your personal success, as well as the success of your company.

So how can we write to impress our readers? What are the latest trends in writing style and format?

This 1-day workshop provides the answers to these questions.  With the use of examples as well as tips and techniques for enhancing your writing, the workshop will also provide you with a framework for structuring different types of emails.

Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Be aware of changes in writing style for today’s business environment
  • Organize and structure messages effectively
  • Use words and phrases that project a positive image and tone
  • Put into practice the key skills covered

This course is designed for all those who are looking to refine their email writing skills.

Learners are guided through the topic with a combination of small and large group discussion, writing practice and review.

Additionally, learners are encouraged to bring along their own email samples to the workshop.
