1-Day Better Grammar for Business Course

Course Overview

This course is created, owned, and trained by its original creator,  Ms. Florence Au. Learn from the original creator.

In business, correct English grammar is essential in communicating effectively, in both speech and writing. This Better Grammar for Business course highlights the common writing errors that are often found in emails and other business communication documents (i.e. business letters, business reports).

At the end of the training, you will appreciate the correct rules and practices that will make your writing professional and clear.

Writing is a skill, and like any skill, one has to practice. Learners are encouraged to advance the skills and knowledge acquired from this course with other related courses, such as Writing Better Emails and Editing and Proofreading Skills to write your way to success.

Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Write more accurately and effectively
  • Use the right words to convey the intended meaning
  • Avoid common English errors to polish your business writing
  • Use the different resources for checking your grammar accuracy

This course is for anyone who wishes to communicate accurately and effectively, and increase his or her confidence in presenting English clearly.

Learners are guided through practical steps of the topic with a combination of lectures, online quizzes, card activity, video and writing and editing exercises.
