Practising Mindfulness will allow you to become more productive, happy, stress less and live your life at its fullest!
In today’s high-pressure work environment, executives face relentless demands that challenge their focus, decision-making, and emotional resilience. The constant pressure to perform often leads to a cluttered mind—filled with worries, never-ending to-do lists, and the struggle to balance work and life. As we push forward, are we truly mindful, or is our mind simply full?
When we operate on autopilot, we become reactive rather than intentional, easily triggered by stress, overwhelmed by responsibilities, and drained by emotional exhaustion. This state of constant mental noise diminishes our ability to experience joy, clarity, and inner peace.
This one-day interactive workshop introduces practical mindfulness techniques to help participants cultivate awareness, manage stress, and shift from a reactive state to a place of calm and focus.
Objectives
Upon completion of the course, learners will learn how to:
- Quiet the “monkey mind” and manage overthinking
- Anchor themselves in the present moment to enhance clarity and emotional balance
- Identify and stop energy leaks that drain mental and emotional well-being
- Develop resilience through mindful breathing, gratitude, and humming
- Cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and joy in everyday life

Methodology
The training methodology of this workshop will incorporate a combination of different elements, including Group Activities, Group Discussion, Self-Reflection, Quiz, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Breathwork and Laughter Therapy.

Our Dedicated Trainer - Ms. Angie Toh
Angie supports business leaders and executives in their professional and personal life through coaching, facilitation and deep process work.
Angie last corporate role was with Neuroleadership Group as the Director of Coach Certification. She was heading the coaching division in Asia and leading a team of sales staff globally. In 2012, she decided to leave the corporate world to be a full time coach and facilitator.
With her strong background in sales, marketing, business and personal
development, Angie‘s passion is to support professionals to succeed at their own terms and achieve breakthrough in their personal and professional life.
As a coach, Angie is known to be supportive and intuitive; one who stretch and
challenge her coaching clients in their breakthrough. As a trainer and facilitator, Angie is known to be engaging, inspiring, fun and adaptable.
Having received training in Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP), Breathwork, Enneagram, NLP, Coaching, Laughter Yoga, Sound Therapy and Tantra, Angie customise her coaching and training based on the needs of her clients.
Angie has co-developed a coach certification training program for Mindchamps
Holdings to train and certify parent coaches. She has coached and trained hundreds of leaders from various organisation including Arcadis Singapore, Vanderlande
Singapore, Robert Bosch, PacificLife Re, Great Eastern Life etc.
